About Our Community
Savannah Jewish Federation has a long history of providing for the needs of our local community, as well as contributing to the education, welfare and support for our world community. The City of Savannah has a very active and diverse Jewish community that has roots going back to 1733, one of the oldest in America. We have so much to offer here - three vibrant synagogues, several avenues for a solid Jewish education, and a community center that rivals those in larger cities.
