About Our Community

The mission of the Jewish Federation of St. Joseph Valley is to serve the Jewish people--locally, in Israel and throughout the world. Coordinated fund raising, community programming, services and educational activities reach more than 2,000 Jewish people in our local area, covering St. Joseph and Elkhart counties in Indiana and a portion of southwest lower Michigan. Our building and grounds serve as a social and education hub for a wide array of community services and activities.

Please explore our website, www.thejewishfed.org, to learn more about the many programs, services, and events sponsored by the Federation. The website also provides information about the vibrant Jewish community in South Bend, Elkhart, and surrounding areas.
